You could see panic in their faces. I told them, \u201cYou have five minutes, what can you fix right now?\u201d They regrouped, tested a quick solution, and by some miracle, their robot moved again, just enough to finish the round.<\/p><p data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3436\">They didn\u2019t win that day. But you should\u2019ve seen their excitement afterward. \u201cWe fixed it! We didn\u2019t give up!\u201d one of them said, beaming.<\/p><p data-start=\"3438\" data-end=\"3544\">That\u2019s the heart of confidence, not being perfect, but learning that setbacks are temporary and solvable.<\/p><p data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3812\">A kids competition also teaches resilience and adaptability. Kids learn to handle pressure, make adjustments, and recover from failure without falling apart. They realize they can stay calm under stress. Her communication skills earned the team extra points and she realized she had a talent for creative presentation.<\/p><p data-start=\"4908\" data-end=\"5108\">From that day, she became the team\u2019s spokesperson in every competition.
